Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager holds a pivotal role in accelerating the digital growth at Vogue Scandinavia. This position is responsible for managing all digital brand initiatives with a primary focus on supporting the commercial partnership team. Additionally, the role aims to drive consumer engagement by attracting visitors to the website, converting them into digital subscribers, and ensuring their long-term retention. This is a highly hands-on role reporting directly to the COO, requiring close collaboration with all internal departments.


How you make an impact

  • Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns to achieve growth KPIs for Vogue Scandinavia and its brand partners. This involves managing advertisements on Vogue Scandinavia's website and across paid social media platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. 
  • Optimize digital campaigns by A/B testing, continuously optimize ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google ads. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, keyword management, and audience targeting.
  • Implement SEO strategies by conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth. Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Closely monitor growth data related to digital subscribers and website traffic. Provide actionable insights to improve workflows and enhance overall marketing and sales performance.
  • Plan and order content from the internal video, art and editorial department to ensure high-quality roll outs in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging growth-tracking trends and innovative ways of working, including advancements in AI.
  • Acquire newsletter subscribers and manage CRM send-outs. Develop targeted e-mail marketing campaigns and automation for various customer segments to drive conversions and improve retention.
  • Oversee Vogue Scandinavia Society content and communication in collaboration with the editorial team, ensuring the product consistently delivers and exceeds expected value.
  • Oversee and allocate paid marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University’s degree in marketing or a related field; relevant certifications in growth and performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
  • 7+ years of experience working in previous roles within digital growth marketing
  • Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and data analytics tools
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks
  • Growth tracking and analysis, and turning them into actionable insights
  • Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment where each day looks differently
  • Naturally on the forefront of new growth tracking trends and ways of working
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience from working with digital subscriptions is an advantage
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and CRM platforms is a plus

Employment: 12-month parental leave contract, 100% full-time (40 hours a week). This can potentially be prolonged.

Start date: May 1 2025, for a one month onboarding period with the person currently holding this position

Location: You are based out of our beautiful office in Central Stockholm. Since much of the work relies on serendipity and creative interactions between individuals, we follow an office-first policy.

Travels: Is not required.
