Vogue launched in 2021 for the very first time in the Nordics. Under the name Vogue Scandinavia, the publication covers the best of conscious fashion, beauty, interior and culture from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Vogue Scandinavia is now recruiting a talented Graphic and Layout Design Manager. This role is overall responsible for the digital graphic artworks and print layout of the magazine, as well as all digital visuals for the marketing and commercial partnership team. Our new team member will report in to the CEO and work closely alongside the commercial, editorial, fashion and marketing teams to take Vogue Scandinavia to the next level.
This full-time role is based at centrally-positioned Stockholm headquarters, amongst talented colleagues and a creative working environment.
How you make an impact
- Responsible for the overall visual outcome of the printed magazine and its packaging, including overseeing printing on location in Katrineholm.
- Create the print layout in collaboration with the Editor-in-Chief and internal teams. Ensure the timely, bi-monthly delivery of files to the print house.
- Collaborate with the commercial and marketing departments to create digital content for the website, commercial partnerships, and in-house communication.
- Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief to ensure that the final artworks are delivered in line with brand guidelines.
- Communicate with external suppliers, such as photographers and illustrators, for retouching and image delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing print layouts and digital artworks
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience in commercial content creation and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
- Naturally at the forefront of new visual trends and ways of working

Employment: Permanent, with 6 months probation period. 100% full-time.
Location: You are based out of our beautiful office in Central Stockholm. Since much of the work relies on serendipity and creative interactions between individuals, we follow an office-first policy.
Travel: Is required with bi-monthly to visit our print house in Katrineholm.
