Vogue Scandinavia is now recruiting a talented Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief & CEO (Martina Bonnier).
This full-time role is based at centrally-positioned Stockholm headquarters, amongst talented colleagues and a creative working environment. Key responsibilities
- Proactive calendar management and prioritization: Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Handling travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Ensuring a seamless travel experience for the E-I-C by creating clear and purposeful itineraries and preparation materials.
- Managing administrative tasks, monitoring emails and creating related responses as needed, as well as preparing presentations and board reports.
- Handling time and expense reporting and accounting.
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, investors, Condé Nast, international fashion brands, and PR representatives.
- Requesting clothing for the E-I-C’s internal and external events and other work commitments.
- Responsible for the magazine’s Fashion Week schedule, including travel coordination and related logistics.
- Appear at events in support of the E-I-C as needed.
- Overseeing office operations, including IT equipment, reordering supplies, and setting up for meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience working as an assistant to senior leaders in another relevant capacity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in writing formal correspondence and meeting minutes in English.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates discretion and maintains a strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate interactions with a diverse range of individuals.
- The role is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, and as such, requires urgency, diplomacy and discretion.

Employment: Permanent, with 6 months probation period. 100% full-time.
Location: You are based out of our beautiful office in Central Stockholm. Since much of the work relies on serendipity and creative interactions between individuals, we follow an office-first policy.
Travels: Occasional travels are required both nationally and internationally.
