Vogue launched in 2021 for the very first time in the Nordics. Under the name Vogue Scandinavia, the publication covers the best of conscious fashion, beauty, interior and culture from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Vogue Scandinavia is now recruiting a talented Fashion Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will supervise the process of creating, developing, and producing editorials and fashion stories for the magazine and website. A successful candidate is passionate about the latest fashion trends and can bring their creative ideas to life. This person will have the responsibility of coordinating shoots and liaising with external teams. Styling editorials and shoots, both in print and online will be a part of this role. This position requires the coordinator to oversee fashion stories as well as produce their own and is focused on the production of high-quality shoots throughout the year.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate all fashion shoots and ensure that everything runs smoothly along the production line
- Liaise with photographers, models, makeup artists, etc
- Style shoots throughout the year for our print magazine and online
- Keep up with the latest news in fashion
- Consistently create interesting, high-quality content
- Decide on story ideas and themes, alongside the editorial team
- Oversee layout (artwork, design, and photography)
- Occasionally write articles for digital
- Loyalty to Vogue Scandinavia and Condé Nast values and goals
Your profile
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-directed style
- Ability to work on deadline in a fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Experience of styling within a fashion magazine
- Experience in coordinating major fashion shoot
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an editorial position
- Strong contacts within the industry on an international level

Employment: Permanent, with immediate start. 6 months probation period. 100% full-time.
Location: You are based out of our beautiful office in Central Stockholm. Since much of the work relies on serendipity and creative interactions between individuals, we follow an office-first policy.
Travels: Occasional travels are required both nationally and internationally.
