We are now seeking a visually refined and technically skilled Videographer to join us on a structured consultancy basis, from 50%, in Stockholm.
We are looking for a hands-on creative with strong aesthetic judgement and technical precision, someone who can independently execute productions while contributing meaningfully to ongoing editorial and commercial projects.
This role requires presence at the Stockholm office on the agreed working days to ensure close collaboration and integration within the team.
The Role
As Videographer, you will produce, film and edit video content across Vogue Scandinavia’s digital platforms, spanning editorial storytelling and commercial partnerships.
You will manage productions from concept to final delivery, working both in studio and on location. The role requires creative ownership, technical fluency and the ability to balance ambition with structure, timelines and budgets.
The position is a structured consultancy assignment starting from 50%, with defined working days and clear integration into the editorial workflow. It requires consistency, availability and the ability to actively contribute to ongoing projects rather than operate per assignment. The scope of the role may develop over time depending on business needs and performance.
You will report directly to the Editor-in-Chief, who holds the final editorial responsibility for all published content. All work must align with Vogue Scandinavia’s editorial standards and adhere to applicable publishing guidelines within Vogue Scandinavia and Condé Nast.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video productions from concept to final edit
- Produce both editorial and branded/commercial video content
- Work independently on location, managing logistics and technical setups
- Film using professional camera systems
- Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment
- Lead post-production, including editing and platform adaptation
- Capture still photography when required as part of video productions
- Perform minor image retouching and Photoshop corrections when needed
- Contribute to creative concepts, themes and storyboards
- Conduct visual research to support format development
- Manage production budgets within agreed frameworks
- Source, book and coordinate external equipment and technical resources
- Maintain and manage video equipment
- Deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay informed on evolving digital formats and platform trends
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in video production and post-production
- A strong visual storyteller with refined aesthetic sensibility
- Technically confident across various camera systems, lighting and sound setups
- Experienced in working across different production scales from agile social formats to structured commercial shoots
- Comfortable managing smaller production budgets
- Experienced in booking and coordinating equipment
- Able to capture still imagery when needed
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and/or similar software
- Structured, reliable and comfortable working on-site as part of a team
- Fluent in English
Experience within fashion, lifestyle or other creative industries is considered a strong merit, but not a requirement.
