About Vogue Scandinavia
When Vogue arrived in the Nordics in 2021, it carried with it a singular vision: to become the defining voice of fashion, beauty, design, and culture across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.
Today, Vogue Scandinavia tells stories across print, digital, social media, video, events, and brand partnerships – and strong visual content is at the heart of how we bring those stories to life.
We are now looking for a full-time Visual Content Producer to join our team in Stockholm, creating both still and moving content across Vogue Scandinavia's editorial, social, marketing, and commercial platforms.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is equally comfortable behind a still camera and a video camera.
You will work closely with our Editor-in-Chief, editors, Social Media Manager, marketing and commercial teams to create compelling visual content – from quick social-first moments and event coverage to portraits, interviews, fashion and beauty stories, branded content, and larger productions.
You will be involved throughout the creative process: developing ideas, planning productions, creating budgets, shooting, editing, retouching, and delivering finished content.
Collaboration is an important part of the role. While you will take ownership of your productions and be comfortable working independently, you will be part of a highly collaborative team where ideas, feedback, and creative direction are shared across departments.
How You Make an Impact
- Photograph, film, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content for Vogue Scandinavia.
- Create both still and moving content, adapting your approach depending on the story, platform, and audience.
- Develop creative concepts together with the Editor-in-Chief, editors, social, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Plan and execute in-house shoots from brief and concept through production and final delivery.
- Produce portraits, interviews, fashion and beauty content, product imagery, behind-the-scenes material, and event coverage.
- Create video and photography for commercial partnerships and branded campaigns while maintaining Vogue Scandinavia's visual identity.
- Create content adapted for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, voguescandinavia.com, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Capture and deliver content quickly during events, launches, fashion weeks, and other live moments.
- Edit video and retouch photography to a high professional standard.
- Create detailed production budgets and ensure productions are planned and delivered within agreed budgets.
- Identify what can be produced in-house and coordinate external photographers, videographers, editors, or other production resources when needed.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop visual formats that drive reach, engagement, traffic, and growth.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across editorial, social, marketing, and commercial throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with talent, stylists, partners, agencies, and other external stakeholders when required.
- Ensure relevant production documentation and releases are in place.
- Stay curious about new visual formats, creators, technologies, platform developments, and ways of telling stories.
- Bring new ideas for how Vogue Scandinavia can continue to evolve its visual storytelling.
Who You Are
You are a visual storyteller who thinks in both still and moving image.
You have a strong creative eye, but you also understand that great content needs a purpose. You consider where it will live, who it needs to reach, and what it needs to achieve.
You can move naturally between capturing a spontaneous moment for social media and producing a more polished editorial or commercial shoot.
You are hands-on, solutions-oriented, and enjoy making things happen. You can take an idea, turn it into a realistic production plan and budget, and deliver the finished work.
At the same time, you are a genuine team player. You enjoy developing ideas together with others, welcome feedback, and understand that the strongest work is often created through collaboration.
You are organised enough to manage several projects at once, but creative enough to spot an unexpected moment and know immediately how to capture it.
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience in photography, videography, visual content production, or a similar role.
- Strong professional skills across both photography and video.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong creative eye across both still and moving image.
- Strong filming, photography, editing, and retouching skills.
- Experience creating content for digital and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with professional video editing and photo editing/retouching software.
- Ability to take a production from idea and planning through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
- Good production planning skills, including the ability to create and manage detailed production budgets.
- Comfortable photographing, filming, and directing talent.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- An instinctive understanding of fashion, beauty, design, culture, and contemporary visual storytelling.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience within fashion, media, publishing, luxury, beauty, or branded content is a plus.
Experience working on larger commercial campaigns, branded films, or documentary-style productions is also a strong advantage. We want to continue growing our ability to produce ambitious projects in-house, and this role offers the opportunity to develop further within these areas.
What You Bring
You bring ideas, not just execution.
You are curious, proactive, and constantly looking for the next image, moment, format, or story worth capturing.
You combine creativity with structure and understand the full production process – from an initial idea and budget to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
Most importantly, you are excited by collaboration and by the opportunity to help evolve how Vogue Scandinavia tells stories through both photography and moving image.
