Customer Service Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager with strong operational skills, leadership qualities, and strategic thinking that will deliver the gold standard in customer service for the fashion industry. We are looking for an individual who has a strong interest in fashion as well as strong communication and analytical skills. Our customer service manager has attention to detail, delivers exceptional service, and always goes the extra mile for our customers.

Responsibilities 

  • Leverage key success metrics to drive customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency
  • Incorporate company culture and uphold an environment of respect and trust in business decisions
  • Set KPI’s, objectives, missions, and workflow structure for the current and following fiscal year
  • Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
  • Delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams
  • Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
  • Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
  • Reporting back on results

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven experience in managing Customer Services or equivalent high- performance operational teams 
  • Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk
  • Demonstrated experience driving projects to improve support-related processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - You are a skilled communicator and listener, and you’re comfortable expressing ideas and opinions to varied audiences
  • Fluency in English is required 
  • Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language 
  • Deliver on operational KPIs within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
  • Computer literacy in order to type up reports, results, and details of customer interaction
  • Administrative and organisational skills

Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strategic problem-solving skills - You can leverage multiple resources to inform and support critical decisions
  • A background in fashion
